These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lvhvacllc.net (the “Website”) and the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related services (“Services”) provided by LV Heating & Cooling LLC (“LV Heating & Cooling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. About Us
LV Heating & Cooling LLC is a family-owned HVAC contractor based in Las Vegas, Nevada, licensed in Nevada (Contractor License #0090190), serving residential and commercial customers in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Enterprise, Spring Valley, Paradise, and surrounding areas of Clark County.
3. Website Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Website content for commercial use without our written permission

4. Service Requests and Scheduling
- Submitting a form, calling, or texting us is a request for service. It is not a guarantee of service or of a specific arrival time until we confirm the appointment.
- We aim to provide arrival windows and same-day or 24/7 emergency service where available. Availability depends on technician schedules, weather, demand, parts, and your location. Arrival times are estimates and not guarantees.
- You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, and to ensure a responsible adult (18 or older) is present at the appointment, or that we have safe access to the equipment.
- You must tell us in advance about known hazards at the property, such as aggressive pets, unsafe attic or roof access, or the presence of asbestos or other hazardous materials.
- We may reschedule or decline service if conditions are unsafe.
5. Pricing, Estimates, and Quotes
- Service call / diagnostic fee: Our service call fee currently starts at $65 and is communicated before you book. It covers the technician’s visit and diagnosis. Fees may vary by service type, time of day (such as after-hours or weekend emergency calls), and location, and will be disclosed before work begins.
- Written quotes: Before repair or installation work begins, we will provide a clear quote. You are under no obligation to proceed. Work begins only after you approve it.
- Quote validity: Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (or 30 days if none is stated), and may change if conditions differ from what was observed, such as hidden damage, code compliance issues, or additional parts needed. We will notify you and obtain your approval before any additional charges.
- Promotions: Special offers, including the advertised AC Tune-Up price, are subject to the terms of the specific offer, such as eligibility, system type, service area, and expiration. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Additional repairs identified during a tune-up are quoted separately.
- Website content, including prices and descriptions, may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct them.
6. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept the payment methods we make available at the time of service.
- Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or interest as permitted by Nevada law, and to reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees where allowed by law.
- Returned or declined payments may incur a fee as permitted by law.
7. Financing
Financing is available with approved credit through third-party lenders. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender. We are not a lender and do not guarantee approval. Your financing agreement is between you and the lender, and is subject to its terms.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may charge a trip or cancellation fee if a technician is dispatched and cannot perform service because of a late cancellation, no-show, or lack of access. Any fee will be disclosed when you book.
For contracts for installation work that you sign at your home, you may have a right to cancel within the time provided by applicable law. If so, we will give you written notice of that right.
9. Warranties
- Manufacturer warranties: Equipment we install is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Registration and maintenance requirements may apply, and warranty claims are handled under the manufacturer’s terms.
- Workmanship warranty: Any warranty on our labor will be stated in your written quote or invoice. If something isn’t right after a job, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, neglect, lack of required maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications by others, power surges, flooding, fire, acts of nature, pre-existing conditions we disclosed, or normal wear and tear.
- Unless stated in writing, we make no other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
10. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing safe, clear access to equipment and work areas
- Securing or removing valuables and fragile items near the work area
- Confirming that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work
- Following our reasonable maintenance and operating recommendations, such as changing filters regularly
11. Our Licensing
We hold Nevada Contractor License #0090190. You may verify licensing status through the Nevada State Contractors Board at nvcontractorsboard.com. Complaints regarding licensed contractors may be directed to the Nevada State Contractors Board.
12. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, logos, graphics, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to LV Heating & Cooling LLC and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
13. Testimonials and Reviews
Customer reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. By submitting a review or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our Website and marketing materials.

19. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and LV Heating & Cooling LLC agree to try good-faith mediation before filing a lawsuit, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not resolved as described above must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
21. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, supply chain or parts shortages, labor disruptions, or government actions.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes means you accept them. Service agreements and quotes you have already signed remain governed by their own terms.
23. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed quote or service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website and Services.
